Packing and Sending Your Return
BodyPainting.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, we make returning merchandise easy. You may return any unopened item purchased from us — except for special order items.
Please return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase to BodyPainting.com and we will either exchange the item(s), issue a store credit or refund. All returns must be unopened, intact and in re-sellable condition. Defective products or products sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 30 day return period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns MUST be shipped truck or UPS prepaid. All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA)* number before shipping back to BodyPainting.com. RMA numbers can be received by calling 800.516.1025.
*NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON PACKAGING.
